    I believe this set were marketed by the Franklin Mints back in the 70s/80s. Selling price was USD14 per set. You can tell by looking at the serial number - Maltese Cross. Other sets issued were Tonga, Solomon Islands, Ghana, Northern Ireland Bank of Ireland and Provincial Bank of Ireland, Bahrain etc. They might be others but I can't think of them right now.
